large (Fortune 100/500) and small enterprises, across a spectrum of
industries: Financial/Insurance, Health Care, High Tech, Retail,
Manufacturing, Public Sector, Service. Wes' laser focus on client value
and results coupled with his long term, extensive knowledge of the
SuccessFactors offerings help ensure project success.
Wes' background and experience includes hands on design/configuration as
well as managing teams. His direct SAP/SF experience is supplemented
with 10 years of prior HRMS consulting/implementation experience as well
as corporate management of HR/Benefits, Payroll and IT departments.
